MEET THE TEAM

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Jack is passionate about making a positive impact in his community through the insurance industry. He graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University's Honors Program, initially aspiring to attend medical school. However, the COVID-19 pandemic prompted him to reevaluate his career path. Having witnessed the challenges faced by his father's medical practice during tough times, he understands the importance of safeguarding businesses against significant losses, leading him to the world of insurance.​

​As a devout Christian, Jack's faith guides his values and work ethic. He believes in the power of community and service. With over three years of experience at AmTrust Financial, a leading property and casualty insurance carrier, Jack earned his CPCU designation and transitioned from a consultant role to Regional Sales Manager. In this position, he collaborated closely with producers and underwriting teams to deliver tailored solutions that protect the livelihoods of businesses. Jack is also proud to be involved with the Lumbermen’s Association of Texas (LAT) as an emerging leader, where he continues to grow and contribute to the industry.

Jack played quarterback in high school at Highland Park and is an avid sports fan. In his free time, he enjoys the great outdoors—whether it's golfing, hunting, fishing, or just exploring nature. Jack is the younger cousin to Jeremy and Chris Agness. Family is incredibly important to him, and by joining his family in business, he strives to blend his personal and professional passions to serve his clients with integrity and compassion.
